The leasing office is open Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The office is closed on Sundays.
Sherwood Place is located at 4500 Sherwood Common Blvd., Baton Rouge, LA 70816.
Sherwood Place offers one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartment homes ranging from 635 to 975 square feet. Available layouts include 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom floor plans at 635 and 728 square feet, along with 2-bedroom floor plans featuring either 1 or 2 bathrooms ranging from 825 to 975 square feet.
Dogs and cats are welcome, with a maximum weight limit of 50 pounds. A $300 pet fee and $30 monthly pet rent apply. Breed restrictions include Pit Bulls, American Bulldogs, German Shepherds, Akitas, Rottweilers, Boxers, Doberman Pinschers, Mastiffs, Malamutes, Cane Corsos, Huskies, Chow Chows, Great Danes, and Wolf hybrids.
Resident and guest parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis at no additional cost. Covered parking and garages are not available.
On-site maintenance is available, including 24-hour emergency maintenance service. After business hours, residents may contact the on-call maintenance team, with emergency requests such as water leaks, loss of air conditioning, or loss of heat prioritized for response.

The community is not gated and provides stair access only. Sherwood does not have elevators.
The community was built between 1980 and 1982 and has received select updates within the past five years.
Smoking is not permitted inside the buildings.
